All our products are raw plant based outputs and semi-processed products. Therefore, we generally do not accept any retuns and refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, if you find any issues with the product such as damaged package, spoilt product, then you may be eligible for\u00a0 return and refund. Please read on for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, while we process your refund within 3 days, your bank may take more time to credit your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
